Hi amazing customer. Thank you for checking out our pay on delivery policy. We understand that trust is earned hence we offer pay on delivery as one of the means of paying for items on our store. However, we have discovered that some customers place orders and then change their minds without informing us of their decision. They don’t pick their calls or respond to messages. In these situations, we bear the cost of the shipment and return shipment when the item isn’t picked up.
We request an initial deposit of just N2000 for items to be processed and sent out. This payment can be made by bank deposit or transfer. Customer will pay the balance of the order on delivery.
Kindly Complete your order and checkout after placing an order. Account details for the initial deposit will be displayed after you complete checkout process.
Once the initial deposit is received, you will be informed and your order will be processed for shipping. You pay the balance of the order amount on delivery.
On delivery you can pay via cash, POS (if available) or transfer to GIG logistics account ( request this from the dispatch rider).
