Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped to customers within 3-5 days.
Kindly note that shipments and deliveries do not occur during holidays or weekends. When we experience a high volume of orders, delivery delays may occur. Customers will be updated on this.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Kindly note that Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free delivery for items that cost above 10,000 naira. We delivery items with GIG logistics limited. An alternative delivery company can be used at customer request or to customers benefit.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and waybill tracking number when items are shipped out.

Kindly note that indulge Closet is not
liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your
order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly
to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before
filing a claim.
